Goat’s Milk is a much loved natural moisturiser, with a pH similar to that of human skin, and this has been one of our most popular soaps for many years. We use fresh local goat’s milk from our neighbours, combined with ethically sourced, organic plant emollients and pure Kaolin clay to nurture and gently cleanse, leaving your skin smooth & soft. Ideal for all skin types, sample bars are available if you would like to try all the essential oil fragrances in this range.

We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
How much is postage?
We offer a flat rate of $12.95 per order for delivery within Australia, with free shipping over $150.
Please note we do not ship internationally.
Where are my items shipped from?
All items are shipped from our production lab & store in Stanthorpe, Queensland. Pick up is also available at 7 Reeves Road, Stanthorpe.
Can I track my order?
All information including tracking number will be sent to you via email once items are dispatched.You can track the delivery status of your order at the Australia Post or Aramex Courers website once your tracking number has been sent to you via email.
Delivery time
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and time of year. While we turn around orders quickly the actual time taken to deliver is out of our control, so we encourage you to allow sufficient lead time.
Return to Sender
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' the buyer must pay the same postage fee to have the item re-delivered to them again.
Damaged Goods
All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection, however, please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility if the item becomes lost or damaged in transit. If you are concerned, please contact us before purchase and we can quote you for transit damage insurance.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. No refunds are offered after 48 hours but instead a store credit if contacted within 7 days of receiving the goods. We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order however, we are able to offer a store credit if we are contacted within the 7 days of receiving the item/s. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.
